Informasjon til virksomheter som skulle ha preregistrert
Fremstiller eller importerer din virksomhet et kjemisk stoff (alene eller i en stoffblanding) på mer enn 1 tonn/år fra land utenfor EU/EØS som skulle ha vært preregistrert i REACH innen 1. desember 2008? Da må virksomheten snarest starte prosessen med full registrering til det europeiske kjemikaliebyrået (ECHA) for å kunne fortsette å fremstille eller importere stoffet.
