    Business Challenge
    - As of September 28th, 2005, every European commercial air transport operator must be approved for the continuing airworthiness management of the aircraft it operates pursuant to Part M, Subpart G to Regulation (EC) 2042/2003.
    - From September 28th 2009, all owners, lessors and European non commercial air transport operators (private aircraft, business aviation…) are also concerned by Part M. A CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) approval will be necessary to perform any activity related to the continuing airworthiness management of the aircraft.
    - Your company may not be directly concerned with the EASA directives. You however want to optimize your performance in the management of the airworthiness of your fleet and wish to keep aircraft compliant with the applicable regulations (BDCA, FAA, GACA...). Or you may simply want to comply with the European regulations because of an aircraft lease agreement.
